Design Philosophy

The project master plan centers on creating a harmonious blend of living spaces and a dynamic lifestyle with a variety of housing options, ranging from contemporary apartments, spacious villas, and comfortable family homes. Nestled in lush greenery and scenic views, Banan design integrates essential services including shopping, healthcare, education, and recreational facilities, catering to every resident's needs to accommodate the diverse requirements of Saudi society while fostering a sense of community and well-being. The planning philosophy of Banan aims to create harmony between neighborhoods while ensuring ultimate privacy through the separation of villas and buildings. This is achieved by incorporating a lush green strip ranging in width from 50 to 150 meters in the middle of the project, allowing each resident to enjoy a sense of exclusivity. Each building maintains a minimum distance of 30 meters from its adjacent structure. A crucial feature that ensures privacy and allows each structure to enjoy vast green spaces The same Feature is applied with villa zones, where each villa is situated at a minimum distance of 20 meters from the other. Additionally, the project’s perimeter fence serves to foster a strong sense of security, increasing the sense of belonging to the community.
