Talaat Moustafa Saudi welcomed a group of Banan project clients to the project’s Sales Center in northeast Riyadh in late February 2025. During the visit, clients were briefed on the latest construction activities and overall progress of the development, providing them with a firsthand view of the site. Eng. Ahmed Saleh, the Project Manager, confirmed that construction is proceeding rapidly in accordance with the scheduled timelines for unit delivery. He noted that all grading for the first three residential zones have been completed, and foundation concrete works are currently underway as part of the first phase of the project.
