A variety of unit types are available, including apartments ranging from 100 to 170 square meters, and villas from 216 to 480 square meters. Talaat Moustafa provides flexible payment systems, either in seven installments tied to construction milestones or through long-term bank financing extending up to 30 years. Comprehensive Marketing Campaign with Prominent Media Figures The Group has launched a new marketing campaign for Banan City, located in the northeastern region of Riyadh. The campaign features esteemed media personality Mr. Waleed Al-Faraj, along with a number of prominent content creators and influencers across various social media platforms. A Vision Backed by Over 55 Years of Expertise The campaign highlights the city's comprehensive services, flexible payment plans, and strategic location. Behind this development stands Talaat Moustafa Group, a market leader with over 55 years of experience in establishing landmark urban communities across the region. Banan City is being developed in partnership with the National Housing Company and follows the model of the Group’s other large-scale urban projects, such as Madinaty, to deliver a vibrant, integrated lifestyle destination. The project is aligned with the goals of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and will join the portfolio of developments currently serving over 1.2 million residents. Exceptional Integrated Services The campaign further showcases the various elements of Banan, which spans an area of 10 million square meters, with 40% dedicated to lush open green spaces. The city enjoys a prime location in northeastern Riyadh, in close proximity to key landmarks such as King Khalid International Airport, Princess Nourah University, and the Riyadh Metro Station. Sustainable Living and Quality of Life The project has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a sustainable and high-quality living environment, with essential services just a walking distance from residents' homes. These services include educational facilities such as schools and nurseries, 22 mosques distributed throughout the city, comprehensive medical services, and a social sports club—the first of its kind in the Kingdom—spanning more than 300,000 square meters. In addition, the project features shopping centers housing leading high-end and global brands, restaurants, as well as, cinemas, offering residents a unique and convenient destination for retail and entertainment. The city is also designed to provide the utmost privacy and security. A Smart, Sustainable Green City Banan is among the first smart cities in Riyadh, distinguished by the implementation of advanced technologies for the management and operation of various utilities. The city features state-of-the-art safety and surveillance systems, smart home services, intelligent transport solutions, and additional technologies that support a modern, eco-friendly, and sustainable lifestyle. Active Engagement with Homeowners A large number of homeowners from the first phase visited the project’s Sales Center in northeastern Riyadh in late February 2025, where they observed the ongoing construction activities and real-time progress on the ground. These visits reflect the Group’s commitment to delivering Banan as a fully livable city from the moment of handover. Furthermore, a group of homeowners visited Madinaty, located in East Cairo—the largest urban development in Egypt and the Middle East by a private developer, covering more than 33 million square meters—where they were provided with a tour of the city and its key features.
