As part of Talaat Moustafa Group's commitment to enhancing customer confidence and conveying successful experiences that inspire potential clients, the group organized a special trip for customers of the Banan project, winners of the May and June 2025 competition, to visit the group's most prominent projects in Egypt. The trip was supervised by the Ministry of Commerce and the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce. The trip included a visit to Madinaty, East Cairo—the largest integrated urban community developed by the private sector in Egypt and the Middle East—as well as Rehab City. During the tour, the clients were introduced to the projects' key landmarks, such as the sports and social club, the city's control center, Open Air Mall—one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in Egypt—and the Gateway Mall in Rehab. The trip was widely praised by participants, who expressed their admiration for the quality of the projects and the excellent organization. Latest developments in construction work at Banan – Riyadh In parallel with this visit, Talaat Moustafa Group Saudi Arabia continues construction work on the Banan project at an accelerated pace, with more than 3,200 residential units currently being built to the highest quality standards and in full compliance with occupational health and safety requirements. In Banan Villas 1 (765 villas): • 85% of the concrete foundation work has been completed. • The concrete structure of 210 villas is being installed. • Interior finishing work has begun on 60 residential units, along with electrical and mechanical works. • Infrastructure facilities have been completed, from drainage and storm water networks to water supply facilities. In the BB1 building area: • 50% of excavation and earthworks have been completed. • Concrete foundation work has begun for the buildings. • As for the Banan 2 and 3 villa areas: • Work has begun on Banan 2, which includes 639 units, and Banan 3, which includes 161 units. This work includes soil leveling and excavation.
